What does the Compassionate Leader Pathway course entail?

The Compassionate Leader Pathway is a 12-week high-impact online coaching programme designed to help leaders perform with clarity, live with integrity, and lead with purpose. It includes 12 skill-based video and workbook modules covering topics such as emotional intelligence, inner work, relationships, purpose, and legacy. Each module is supported by weekly 1-to-1 coaching, group check-ins, and peer accountability. The course blends practical daily tools with deep inner development to support sustainable high performance, connection, and self-mastery. Participants also join a vibrant alumni community to continue their growth beyond the course

How often do The Compassionate Leader Pathway courses run?

The Compassionate Leader Pathway courses have an intake each month, and last for 12 weeks. You cannot start a course at any point other than with the pre-course prep work, known as ‘Module or Week 0’ and ‘Module or Week 1’ commences on the date assigned by the course leader, within the intake month (not necessarily the 1st of the month). For instance the September 2025 intake may begin W/c 22nd September being ‘Week 1’, and the course pre-work or ‘Week 0’ happening by course participants over the first few weeks of September in their own time. Can I pay for the course in installments?
